一、 设备原理 brief introduction
二组分低压反应浇注机是生产各种聚氨酯模塑制品的专用设备，其工作原理是单体或预聚物以液体状态经计量泵以一定的配比送入混合头混合，经充分搅拌后，灌注入模具内。混合料在模腔内进行化学反应，固化成形，熟化（脱模）。Injecting machine for two components is a special machine that produces different PU products. It put 2 components together according the gear pump, mixes, injects to the mold, then after the material has chemical reaction, it produces different products.
