With a strong removal film capability, this product can improve brazed base metals’ wetTability and permeability and maintain its activation within 550～850℃. It can be applied to several brazing methods covering torch brazing, resistance brazing, induction brazing, high frequency brazing, furnace brazing and salt-bath immersion brazing, etc. Moreover, it can work together with silver-based brazing filler metals, copper-based brazing filler metals, copper-phosphorus-based brazing filler metals, brazing copper, copper alloys, steel, stainless steel and hard alloys, etc, offering a stable performance, good overflowing property and clean-cut appearance of brazing joint. Therefore, it features convenient application and repeatability without agglomeration for a long storage life. With more advantages than powder brazing flux, this kind of brazing flux can become a perfect alternative to foreign similar products.
