FBGs from 40pm to 1.5nm FWHM are supported with best results for 4 kHz and 8 kHz modes obtained using 160pm FBGs.
Standard deviation measured over a 10 second duration for a stable FBG peak. The FBG FWMH (full width half maximum) is 100pm and the measured reflected FBG peak power is ~-15dBm. The interrogator sweep speed is 1000Hz resulting in a signal bandwidth of 500Hz.
