When dealing with industrial realistic models, the analysis of a fully equipped vehicle with its complete internal Cable Networks can lead to high computer requirements when performed by one single 3D software as the total number of cables can exceed one thousand for cars or trucks. Additional tools typically based on the Multi-conductor Transmission Line Theory have to be used in order to manage conducted phenomena on the Cable Network and specialized coupling procedures are proposed with the PAM-CEM 2000 software.
Based on the Electromagnetic Topology principle, the purpose of the CRIPTE software is the analysis of conducted phenomena on Cable Networks. It can be used as a complementary tool for PAM-CEM when full realistic analysis are required. CRIPTE offers all capabilities which are necessary for wires characterization, specialized output on cable networks and dedicated post-processing. Specialized interfaces are proposed as well for an easy and user-friendly PAM-CEM 2000 coupling whatever the operating configuration.
