EMC公司推出了新型MTVA宽带温补衰减器，频率范围覆盖DC-20GHz，体积大小只有0.125*0.095 inch (2.17*2.41 mm)．目前常温下衰减值可选有2 to 6dB, 温度系数可选有0.003 to 0.006dB/dB/℃.该器件沿用了EMC的温补衰减器专利技术，跟以往的MTVA系列相比，衰减性能有了明显提高。在2GHz-20GHz内，衰减量平坦度非常好。特别是在12.4GHz to 20GHz，温度系数更加理想．主要用在宽频带的接收/发射模块，实现对低温高温时的增益补偿．特点: 阻抗 50欧, 工作频率: DC-20G, 衰减精度: +/-0.5dB, 驻波比: DC-10G 1.25max, 10-20G 1.45max. 最大功率: 0.2W CW, 温度系数误差: 0.001dB/dB/℃, 工作温度: -55/℃ to +125/℃.
