In the nitrogen protection type reflow soldering machine, the independent device for filtering soldering flux and purifying air is adopted for each temperature zone to reduce the volatilization of soldering flux and help the waste gas produced by PCB and other gasified wastes to fully discharge without causing the loss of nitrogen. Besides, the volatile soldering flux will not enter the cooling area or accumulate on the chamber or the PCB, preventing breakdown of the machine or loss that would otherwise be caused by soldering flux pollution.

And alarm will be given if there is a fault.
